Could you eat for $25 a week?

I see so many people in the grocery store that seem to pay no attention to how much they are putting in their cart! If you are willing to buy what's on sale, switch brands, shop at a variety of different grocery stores and use coupons you'll be able to eat at home for about $25 a week per person. Seriously. And I don't mean eating Ramen Noodles everyday like we did in college. But real food!

Here's my grocery trip from earlier in the week.
All this was originally $84.00 however after discounts, manufacturers coupons and store coupons I ended up paying exactly $29.

So what does $29 buy you?

3 Publix Sodas
1 Cherry Coke Zero
2 Kashi Waffles (.47 after coupon)
6 Kashi Frozen Meals (.89 after coupon)
1 Kashi Pizza (3.00 after coupon)
2 Tubs of Smart Balance BOGO (Buy One Get One)
2 Smart Balance Milks (Totally Free after coupon)
Romain Lettuce
2 Tubs of Potato Salad BOGO
Sour Cream
Half & Half
Starbucks Ice cream (1.79 after coupon)
Broccoli and Cauliflower
Baby Carrots
Blue Berries
Hot Dogs ($1.00 after coupon)
Hot Dog Buns ($1.00 after coupon)
