Could you eat for $25 a week?

I see so many people in the grocery store that seem to pay no attention to how much they are putting in their cart! If you are willing to buy what's on sale, switch brands, shop at a variety of different grocery stores and use coupons you'll be able to eat at home for about $25 a week per person. Seriously. And I don't mean eating Ramen Noodles everyday like we did in college. But real food!

Here's my grocery trip from earlier in the week.
All this was originally $84.00 however after discounts, manufacturers coupons and store coupons I ended up paying exactly $29.

So what does $29 buy you?
