Dannon will reimburse consumers for up to $100
of Activia and DanActive yogurt purchases to
settle a class-action lawsuit.The suit alleges Dannon
overstated the yogurt's health benefits.
The settlement still needs approval from a
U.S. District Court in Ohio. Customers who
purchased Activia or DanActive yogurt
will be able to file for reimbursement.
Once the deal is approved, we'll be able to file
on-line. I'll keep you posted on getting reimbursed.
I know I've bought at least$100 worth of Activia over
the past few years - although I certainly
didn't pay that much! :-)
