Over $100 of Groceries for under $15 @ Publix!

It took me a while to make it out to Publix this week. The good news is that it’s because we were doing really well with our food supply with all the great deals we have been getting.

This was another great week at Publix and I was also able to take advantage of the SC Johnson Manufacturer rebate I wrote about HERE. I think next week might be a very small shop for us.

Here’s what I got

2 – Nestle Frozen Cookie Dough $3.49 (B1G1)
2 – Pillsbury Grands Biscuits $1 each
3 – Pillsbury Crescent Rolls $1 each
4 – New England Coffee $5.79 (B1G1)
2 – Bush’s Black Beans $.97 (B1G1)

Total $19.60
Send in for SC Johnson MIR HERE (-$5)
Final Total $14.60!!!

*I could have saved even more if I had gotten more reusable bags (which I could have since I bought enough General Mills to do so), or if I had bought smaller packages of ground beef or if I had more of the $2 Healthy Choice coupons. I was in a bit of a rush and just grabbed the smallest packages of ground beef that I could find and could only find 3 of the reusable bags I wanted (the cute ones with the stars). All in all I was very happy with my shop and I’m looking forward to my Hamburger Helper dinner tonight.

Awesome job! I just love Publix. Love your cabinets too!

I stocked up on the same products! If you want to change up your Hamburger Helper, add a can of cream of mushroom soup (which I'm sure you probably have stocked since Publix recently had them on sale) and a can of regular diced tomatoes (on sale this week at Publix). It changes boring Hamburger Helper into something so much tastier. Hope you enjoy! Thanks for the awesome blog.

Kristin - Thanks! My hubby picked them out so I can't take any credit for the cabinets. :-)

Katie- What a great idea! I had my first Hamburger Helper last night and it was ok but as we know it's not the most exciting meal. I will totally try that. Thanks so much for the tip!
