I was paid $19.61 to buy this @ WAGS!
$5/$25 coupon was still valid. My Wags keeps these coupons which is fine, since all I had to
do was print more. The above picture is from 4 different transactions. I'm going to go ahead
and list the exact transactions for you, since I think this will be helpful. Wags can be a
little confusing so here are the 3 scenarios I used. I always try to keep my out of pocket
as small as possible, under $.30 is my goal.

That is awesome! I am surprised you were allowed to pay for RRs with this coupon as most Walgreens view an RR as a coupon. I'm so glad that worked for you!
Hi Kristin,
I was a bit surprised too when I was able to do this last time they had the $5/$25. But I've used it this way now for maybe 20 transactions (between this time and last time) at about 9 or 10 different stores and have never had a problem.
The cashiers all require I give them my regular MQ and Wags Qs before I can use the $5/$25. But they allow me to pay with RR. The regisger never beeps and I've yet to have someone say a thing to me about it.
So, if you have a nice cashier, give it a shot! :-)
Hi Christie,
I am curious.... When you do your multiple transactions at Wags, do you usually leave the store and come back another time, or do you complete them one after the other by perhaps letting the person behind you go ahead? I haven't had opportunity to do multiple transactions yet, but I am learning/studying this method.
By the way, I love your blog! I have visited it every night since I've found it last week. :)
Happy Thanksgiving!
Hi Maryse,
Thank you so much! That makes me so happy to hear you say that! :-)
As for the multiple transactions, I usually will do 2 transactions in a row if there is no one behind me. If someone comes up in line I'll move out and let them go and then go back in.
I also have one store that I go to on Sunday mornings first thing so it's pretty slow. They know me there and I check out with the cashier in cosmetics and she is amazing! So, I will usually do 3 or 4 transactions with her. She is also a couponer so it's a lot of fun!
Oh and I nearly forgot!
Happy Thanksgiving!
