I'm not sure that the Meal Deal is really worth it. Last time they did the Digornio deal, Walmart had the pizzas under $4 each. Has anyone compared at another store?

Yes, $7 for each pizza would normally be nuts, since you can get them on sale for $5 pretty routinely. (Including this Sunday at Wags, I'll post more on that later).

I guess you'd have to figure out if you'd pay more than $6 for Breyers, Tostinos, Soda and Salad at Walmart.

After the $1 off Q you'd be paying $13 for everything or about $2.16 per item (A decent price for everything except the Pepsi). If you have a $10/$50 or a $5/$30 Winn-Dixie coupon that would help.

I generally think their meal deals are good for someone who needs to feed a group in a jiffy and wants to avoid going out to eat or ordering in.

In the South Louisiana ad, we don't get the Breyer's. We have Bridgford Monkey Bread. It would be so great if we could use coupons for the free items but I've tried and the register refuses them. You'd think WD would like to get some of the money back from a manufactorer. Oh well.

I totally agree! It would just make everyone happier and WD would still get their money. Silly! I had someone else e-mail me about the Money Bread last night. I'd rather have ice cream but that's just me. :-)

I agree. Ice cream is MUCH better.
