Could you expand a bit on what I see here? Even though it will just "kill" me when I hear how I could have had such great bargains. I did actually go out to CVS this past weekend but didn't activate such savings for myself! Great job and BTW, great website! :)
Your screen name is so cute by the way! Don't ever feel bad you missed a bargain, there's always next week.;-)
For this trip I basically broke it into 2 transactions because I had 2 $5/$30 coupons to use. Most of the items I purchased were FREE or money makers after Extra Care Bucks and coupons.
So for example the Degree deodorant was $4 and you'd get $4 Extra Care Bucks back. I had a coupon for $1.25 so it's like they paid me $1.25 to take it out of the store.
I used Extra Care Bucks I earned from previous trips to pay for the items and then got a bunch of Extra Care Bucks (ECBs) back. So it's like you are shopping with monopoly money.
The only thing that wasn't FREE was the Coke Zero $1 each after ECBs, the Sarah Peyton Wellness set $6.99 after ECBs, and Softsoad .65 after a coupon and I used the 2- $5/$30 to offset the cost of the non-free items to basically make them free! :-)
